Human COQ10A ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA (double-antibody) kit is designed for the quantitative determination of human COQ10A, also known as coenzyme Q10A, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with a stated sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Reagents are intended to be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

Manufacturer validation data include linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 90-99% / 82-101% / 80-100%; EDTA plasma 88-103% / 82-98% / 86-100%; heparin plasma 88-98% / 84-99% / 80-98%. Spike-and-recovery values are reported as 87-96% (average 93%) for serum, 91-105% (average 99%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-104% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. The procedure uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after a stop step.
