Human COPS5 (COP9 signalosome complex subunit 5 ) ELISA Kit (HUFI03389)

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human COPS5 (COP9 signalosome complex subunit 5) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm. Known aliases for the target include SGN5, Signalosome subunit 5, Jun activation domain-binding protein 1, CSN5 and JAB1.

Reported analytical sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a working assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Spike-and-recovery values were serum (n=5) 86–102%, average 96%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 86–98%, average 93%; heparin plasma (n=5) 87–99%, average 90%. Precision is given as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Serial dilution of spiked serum samples gave calculated-versus-expected values of 86–103% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions.
