Human Contactin 1 (CNTN1) ELISA Kit

CNTN1 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell adhesion molecule of the immunoglobulin superfamily, expressed on neuronal surfaces where it contributes to paranodal junction organization and axon guidance during nervous system development. The absorbance-based readout is captured on a standard microplate reader, with up to 96 assays per kit. Validated sample types include tissue homogenates and cell lysates.
