Human COMTD1 (Catechol O-methyltransferase domain-containing protein 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI05379)

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized standards, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. Standard protocol calls for a 100 uL sample aliquot per well, with absorbance read on a standard microplate reader. Unopened kits are stored at 4 degrees C; reconstituted standards and detection antibody are best kept frozen at -20 degrees C for repeated use, with limited freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
