Human Complement Receptor 2/CD21 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit (Double Antibody) is designed for the quantitative measurement of Complement Receptor 2, also known as CD21 or CR2, in human samples. The assay uses a pre-coated capture antibody on the microplate, with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin used for signal generation. Colorimetric readout is achieved using TMB substrate, which is catalysed by HRP to produce a blue product that turns yellow upon adding the acidic stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids, offering a measuring range of 0.313–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C.
