Human Complement Factor H Related Protein 3 (CFHR3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie CFHR3 immunoassay supports quantitative measurement of Complement Factor H-Related Protein 3 in human specimens. CFHR3 is a secreted glycoprotein within the Factor H/CFHR gene cluster on chromosome 1q32 that binds C3b and modulates activity of the alternative complement pathway, with research relevance for atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, C3 glomerulopathy, dense deposit disease, age-related macular degeneration with retinal drusen, and CFHR3/CFHR1 gene-deletion studies. The kit supplies a precoated microplate, lyophilized recombinant CFHR3 reference standard, biotinylated detection antibody, enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate, wash buffer, stop solution, and plate sealers sufficient for one full plate run. Reconstituted standards remain stable refrigerated at 4°C for short-term use, and the unopened kit should be refrigerated between runs to preserve antibody activity through the stated shelf life.
