Human Complement component C9 (C9) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery is reported as averaging 85% (range 80-91%) in serum and 87% (range 81-93%) in plasma.
