Human Complement C3 Convertase (C3c) ELISA Kit

The Complement C3c fragment is generated when native C3 is cleaved by C3 convertase during activation of the complement cascade, serving as a stable marker of complement activation. Measuring C3c in research samples is widely used in studies of autoimmune diseases, immune complex pathology, kidney disorders, and systemic inflammatory conditions.

This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative tool to measure C3c concentrations in human samples using a capture antibody and biotinylated detection antibody configuration. The kit includes pre-coated microplate wells, detection reagents, gradient concentration standards, wash buffer concentrate, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Standard laboratory equipment including a microplate reader with absorbance measurement capability is required but not provided.
