Human Complement C2 (C2) ELISA Kit

The assay detects natural and recombinant human Complement C2 with a detection range of 15.6-1000ng/mL and a sensitivity of 3.9ng/ml. Precision is characterized by an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and inter-assay CV of 8.8%.

Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery is 88% (range 82-94%) for serum and 90% (range 84-96%) for plasma.
