Human Complement C1q subcomponent subunit C (C1QC) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of human Complement C1q subcomponent subunit C (C1QC), also referenced by the synonym C1QG. The assay is validated for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is directed toward research applications in the neurosciences.

The kit has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 33pg/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.4%. Linearity has been evaluated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (N=5), with observed ranges of 104-117%, 106-115%, 104-116% and 95-104% for serum; 106-116%, 92-102%, 90-100% and 106-116% for EDTA plasma; and 97-107%, 91-101%, 112-122% and 96-104% for heparin plasma. Average recovery was 94% (range 88-100%) for serum and 96% (range 90-102%) for plasma. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Complement C1q subcomponent subunit C.
