Human Complement C1q subcomponent subunit A (C1QA) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Complement C1q subcomponent subunit A (C1QA) in serum and plasma samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.3% and inter-assay CV is 8.2%. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at multiple dilutions, with recovery of 84% (80-90%) for serum and 86% (80-92%) for plasma.

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human C1QA (UniProt P02745), recognises the A-chain subunit of the complement C1q complex, and is intended for research use only.
