The Collectin-12 (CL-P1) protein, encoded by the COLEC12 gene, is a scavenger receptor with C-type lectin domains expressed on vascular endothelium and placental tissue, where it mediates innate immune recognition of microbial glycoconjugates and contributes to angiogenesis-related signalling. Assay Genie's CL-P1 PharmaGenie ELISA supports quantitative CL-P1 profiling in human research specimens spanning cell culture supernatant, EDTA plasma, and serum samples in studies of cardiovascular inflammation, vascular biology, and reproductive immunology, operating with a sample volume of 100 µL per well.

Reagents supplied in this kit include a pre-coated microplate, capture antibody, biotinylated detector antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, and calibrated recombinant standards.
