Human Collagen Type XIV (COL14) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie COL14 ELISA enables quantitative measurement of Collagen Type XIV, a fibril-associated collagen belonging to the FACIT subfamily that organizes supramolecular assembly in the extracellular matrix. Each microplate provides all reagents required to evaluate biomarker levels in connective tissue and remodeling studies, supporting investigations in tendinopathy, dermal fibrosis, and cartilage biology. COL14, historically termed undulin, is expressed in dense connective tissues such as tendon, skin, sclera, and skeletal muscle, where it modulates the diameter of adjacent type I and III collagen fibrils.
