Human Collagen alpha-1 (XVII)chain (COL17A1) ELISA Kit

Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (93–124%), EDTA plasma (91–122%), and heparin plasma (86–117%) across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery ranges from 81–93% in serum and 83–95% in plasma.
