Human COLEC11 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human COLEC11 (Collectin-11) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a double-antibody sandwich configuration and reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

COLEC11, also referred to as Collectin Sub-Family Member 11 or CL-K1, is a component of the innate immune system that contributes to pathogen recognition and immune response activation, and its dysregulation has been linked to inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and infections. The kit is intended for research use within the immunology field. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and the TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards, samples and blanks on the pre-coated plate and incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding a biotin-labeled detection antibody with a 60-minute incubation, an HRP-Streptavidin step for 30 minutes, and colour development with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes before adding stop solution and reading absorbance at 450 nm.
