Human COL3/CollagenIII ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this double-antibody sandwich ELISA is configured for the quantitative measurement of human collagen type III with a colorimetric readout. The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is given as 0.375 ng/mL and the working range as 0.625-40 ng/mL, with absorbance measured at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Recovery ranges and averages are given as 85-103% (93%) for serum, 85-102% (96%) for EDTA plasma and 93-102% (97%) for heparin plasma.
