Human COL28A1/Collagen alpha-1 (XXVIII)chain ELISA Kit

Recovery testing showed average values of 98% for serum, 99% for EDTA plasma, and 92% for heparin plasma. The workflow uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after the stop reaction.
