Human COL14A1/CollagenXIV ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA with double-antibody detection from Assay Genie, intended for the quantitative measurement of human COL14A1 (Collagen XIV; synonyms COL14, Undulin, UND) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Samples are incubated on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by a biotin-labelled detection antibody (60 minutes), HRP-Streptavidin SABC (30 minutes) and TMB substrate developed in the dark for 10–20 minutes. The reaction is stopped and absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported serum recovery averages 98% (range 95–105%), and serum linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 87–93%, 85–105% and 88–105% respectively.
