Human Cofilin-2 (CFL2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit supports the quantification of human cofilin-2 levels in samples such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay is suited to research into actin cytoskeleton dynamics, where cofilin-2 is described as a key protein involved in cell migration, invasion, and cell shape regulation, and has been linked in the literature to conditions such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune diseases.

Quantitative performance is defined by a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. The kit recognises both natural and recombinant human cofilin-2 (also known by the synonym Cofilin, muscle isoform, UniProt Q9Y281), with reactivity confirmed for human specimens and the research area defined as Signal Transduction. The protocol uses a standard microplate reader set to 450 nm.
