Human Cocaine esterase (CES2) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Cocaine esterase (CES2) in biological samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human specimens. The assay recognises natural and recombinant human Cocaine esterase, which is also known by the synonyms Carboxylesterase 2, Methylumbelliferyl-acetate deacetylase 2, CE-2, and ICE.

Suitable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%.
