Human CNDP2/Cytosolic non-specific dipeptidase ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for the quantitative measurement of human CNDP2 (Cytosolic non-specific dipeptidase) across a range of biological sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses colorimetric detection with TMB substrate and is read at 450 nm following addition of stop solution, with recommended storage of the kit at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Performance specifications quoted for the kit are a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) is reported at 88-102% (1:2), 86-102% (1:4) and 87-94% (1:8); in EDTA plasma (n=5) at 88-99%, 85-97% and 83-101%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) at 81-94%, 81-89% and 87-98%. Recovery (n=5) is reported at 88-97% with an average of 93% for serum, 86-104% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 91-99% (average 96%) for heparin plasma.

The kit targets CNDP2, a dipeptidase enzyme associated with dipeptide hydrolysis and linked in the literature to metabolic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, supporting its use as a biomarker for research into these conditions.
