Human CNDP1/Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of CNDP1 (Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a colorimetric readout to deliver reproducible results suitable for research into amino acid metabolism, immune response, and CNDP1-linked conditions such as diabetes, kidney disorders, and neurological disease.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a measuring range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 95%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 95%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 96%, n=5). The workflow employs a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
