Human CMRF35-like molecule 7 (CD300LB) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human CMRF35-like molecule 7 (CD300LB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Using a colorimetric detection method, the kit reacts specifically with natural and recombinant human CD300LB, supporting research applications in immunology.

Across a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, the kit achieves a sensitivity of 39pg/ml, with an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and inter-assay CV of 10.3%. Spike-and-recovery testing gave average recoveries of 82% (range 80-88%) for serum and 84% (range 80-90%) for plasma. Dilution linearity was demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.

CD300LB, also referred to as CD300 antigen-like family member B, CMRF35-A2, IREM-3, LMIR5, CLM-7 and TREM-5, is a single-pass type I membrane protein expressed on myeloid cells that acts as an activating immune receptor through its interaction with the ITAM-bearing adapter TYROBP, and independently through recruitment of GRB2.
