Human CMPK1 (UMP-CMP kinase) ELISA KIT (HUFI05321)

The Assay Genie human CMPK1 ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of UMP-CMP kinase, a key pyrimidine biosynthesis enzyme that phosphorylates UMP, CMP, and dCMP to maintain nucleotide pools required for DNA and RNA synthesis. Altered CMPK1 expression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and mitochondrial DNA depletion disorders, supporting its use as a research biomarker in nucleotide metabolism and oncology studies.

Reagents are supplied in the 96 Assays configuration and include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant human CMPK1 standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Each well is loaded with 100 µL of human serum or plasma specimen, and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. The standard curve is generated from recombinant antigen and covers the working assay range, allowing interpolation of unknown concentrations. Reagents should be refrigerated at 4 degrees C upon receipt; bring the plate to room temperature before use.
