The Assay Genie CMKLR1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of human Chemokine-like receptor 1, a G protein-coupled receptor expressed on macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells, and adipocytes. CMKLR1, also called ChemR23, functions as the cellular receptor for chemerin (RARRES2) and resolvin E1, mediating immune cell chemotaxis, adipogenesis, and resolution of inflammation. The assay is specific for the human CMKLR1 isoform and is not cross-reactive with rodent orthologues, enabling reliable human biomarker quantification in research samples.
