Human CMIC-1 /Cardiac Myosin Light Chains 1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Cardiac Myosin Light Chains 1 (CMIC-1), a protein involved in cardiac muscle contraction. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is intended for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Linearity has been reported for serum (85–105%, 87–101%, 84–92% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 dilutions), EDTA plasma (88–105%, 83–100%, 86–99%), and heparin plasma (94–105%, 83–101%, 81–100%). Recovery ranges are 88–104% for serum, 85–102% for EDTA plasma, and 88–105% for heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
