Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.38ng/mL. Reproducibility is supported by an intra-assay CV of 3.7% and an inter-assay CV of 7.3%. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma.
