Quantitative measurement of human Cluster of Differentiation 19 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological samples is delivered by this Assay Genie ELISA kit, which produces a colorimetric signal readable on any standard plate reader. CD19 is a roughly 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, expressed across the B-cell lineage from the pro-B stage through mature B cells and downregulated on terminally differentiated plasma cells. Because of that tightly restricted expression window, CD19 quantification is widely used in immunology, hematology, and immuno-oncology research to characterize B-cell populations, monitor B-cell maturation, and model B-cell malignancies including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

This product is configured specifically for measurement of human CD19 in ELISA format and is intended for research use only. The assay is of particular interest in CAR-T cell therapy research, where loss of surface CD19 on malignant B cells is a recognized resistance mechanism that investigators track in patient-derived samples and xenograft models. Reconstituted reagents should be brought to room temperature before the run, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working standards should be avoided to preserve binding activity.

Each kit ships with pre-coated plate wells, detection reagents, calibration standards, substrate, and wash buffer sufficient for 96 individual determinations. The format integrates easily into routine biomarker workflows alongside cytokines, antibody isotypes, and other lymphocyte markers, supporting immunology, autoimmune disease, and transplant research programs.
