Human Cluster Of Differentiation 109 (CD109) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human CD109 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of CD109, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface glycoprotein that participates in TGF-beta receptor signaling and modulates megakaryocyte development. Each kit contains reagents for 96 assays in a microplate format, with absorbance read on a standard spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
