Human CLEC3B/Tetranectin ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human CLEC3B (Tetranectin). The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout via TMB substrate, offering a sensitivity of 0.234 ng/mL across a working range of 0.391–25 ng/mL.

The assay is validated for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reported linearity falls within 87–102% for serum, 85–92% for EDTA plasma and 85–95% for heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, while spike-and-recovery averages are 91% (serum), 97% (EDTA plasma) and 98% (heparin plasma). All components should be stored at 2–8°C, with the pre-coated microplate and lyophilised standard also stable for up to 12 months at –20°C.

CLEC3B, also known as Tetranectin, is a protein involved in cell adhesion, fibrinolysis and bone metabolism, and altered levels have been associated with cancer, cardiovascular disease and inflammatory disorders, making the kit a useful tool for biomarker research. The supplied protocol follows a standard six-step workflow: reagent equilibration and plate setup, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
