Human CLEC14A ELISA Kit (HUFI04554)

The Human CLEC14A ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of CLEC14A (C-type lectin domain family 14 member A, also known as CEG1), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed predominantly on vascular endothelial cells. CLEC14A has been implicated in tumor angiogenesis and is increasingly studied as a candidate biomarker in vascular biology, oncology, and cardiovascular disease research.

This microplate-based kit employs a human-specific capture antibody pre-coated onto the wells, with bound target detected using a biotinylated secondary antibody and HRP-streptavidin conjugate acting on TMB substrate. The resulting color change is read on a standard microplate reader. All kit components should be stored refrigerated and equilibrated to room temperature before use; TMB solution should be protected from light. The kit is intended for in vitro research use only.
