Human CLEC11A (C-type lectin domain family 11 member A) ELISA Kit (HUFI03439)

CLEC11A, also known as stem cell growth factor or C-type lectin-like hematopoietic factor, is a secreted glycoprotein studied in the context of bone marrow biology, skeletal health, and progenitor cell maintenance. Research groups have used quantitative immunoassays targeting this analyte to investigate osteoblast activity, fracture healing, and changes in hematopoietic niches during aging or disease. Assay Genie supplies the kit as a complete microplate-based assay package containing pre-coated wells, capture and detection antibodies, lyophilized standards, and substrate reagents. The protocol calls for a 100 uL sample volume per well, with samples dispensed in duplicate for accurate interpolation against the standard curve. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles of specimens should be avoided, and reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen if not used immediately. Developed plates are read on a standard absorbance plate reader, and concentrations are calculated from the included standard curve.
