Human CKLFSF6/Chemokine Like Factor Superfamily 6 ELISA Kit

CKLFSF6 is a member of the chemokine-like factor superfamily that plays a role in immune responses and inflammatory processes and is implicated in autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer, making it a useful biomarker in signal transduction research. The workflow includes equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate, incubating standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding a biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, binding HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, developing with TMB substrate for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after the stop reaction. Recovery is reported at 85–103% (average 97%) for serum, 96–104% (average 100%) for EDTA plasma, and 93–104% (average 99%) for heparin plasma.
