Human CKLF/Chemokine Like Factor ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection to measure human CKLF (Chemokine-Like Factor), a chemokine-like factor implicated in immune responses and inflammation. The kit is intended for cell biology research and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is 75 pg/mL and the assay range is 125-8000 pg/mL. Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 88-105% / 85-90% / 85-97% for serum (n = 5), 89-104% / 90-99% / 84-95% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 89-103% / 86-96% / 81-93% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Average recovery values are 98% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The workflow proceeds through reagent equilibration and plate setup, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm. Serum is prepared by allowing blood to clot and centrifuging at 1000 × g for 20 minutes; plasma is collected in anticoagulant tubes and centrifuged at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2-8°C.
