Human CK20/KRT20/Cytokeratin 20 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Cytokeratin 20 (CK20/KRT20) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

CK20 is a cytoskeletal protein of epithelial cells, and abnormal CK20 levels have been associated with cancers such as colorectal and gastrointestinal carcinomas, making this kit a useful tool in cancer biology and biomarker research. Validated linearity falls within 82–104% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilutions, and recovery averages between 93% and 98% across the same matrices. The kit is intended for use with human samples and should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
