Human cIAP2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0424)

cIAP2, also designated BIRC3 (Baculoviral IAP Repeat Containing 3), is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein family that dampens caspase activity and amplifies canonical NF-κB signaling downstream of TNF receptor 1 and other immune receptors. Quantitative measurement of cIAP2 supports research into programmed cell death, inflammatory cytokine responses, and tumor cell survival mechanisms. Assay Genie's immunoassay is calibrated against the native human protein and is validated for quantitative use with cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum specimens of human origin.

Typical research applications include monitoring cellular responses to SMAC mimetic compounds and other IAP antagonists, profiling chemotherapy resistance in hematologic and solid tumor models, and biomarker discovery in inflammatory and autoimmune disease cohorts. Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin–HRP conjugate, a set of calibrated standards, and wash and substrate buffers sufficient for 96 sample determinations. The standard workflow uses a 100 uL sample addition per well, room temperature incubations, and a final chromogenic read at the absorbance wavelength appropriate for HRP substrates. Store all unopened kit components refrigerated until first use, allow reagents to equilibrate before running the assay, and protect the substrate solution from prolonged light exposure.
