Human Chymotrypsin-like elastase family member 1 (CELA1) ELISA Kit

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 3.7% and an inter-assay CV of 7.2%. Linearity has been evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, while recovery averaged 88% (range 82-94%) in serum and 90% (range 84-96%) in plasma.
