Human Chymase 1, Mast Cell (CMA1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie CMA1 ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring human Chymase 1 (mast cell chymase) in research samples. Chymase is a chymotrypsin-like serine protease stored in mast cell granules that participates in angiotensin II generation, extracellular matrix turnover, and inflammatory signaling, making it a target of interest in cardiovascular, allergic, and fibrotic disease research.

The kit uses an absorbance-based readout on a standard microplate reader and is supplied in a 96-assay format. It is validated for human serum samples, plasma preparations, tissue homogenates, and cell lysate fractions from human donors. The pack contains a precoated microplate, reference standards, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent required to complete the full plate.
