Human CHST4/GST-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0422)

The CHST4 (Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 4) target, also known as GST-3, is a Golgi-resident sulfotransferase that catalyzes 6-O-sulfation of N-acetylglucosamine residues on L-selectin ligands synthesized by high endothelial venules. This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit is supplied on a pre-coated microplate and enables quantitative measurement of CHST4/GST-3 protein in cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum using colorimetric readout. The kit supports research into lymphocyte homing, chronic inflammatory disease, immune cell trafficking, and selectin-dependent adhesion mechanisms. The capture antibody is human-specific, validated for use with human-derived samples. Each kit contains pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and assay buffer sufficient for 96 assays.
