CHI3L2, also known as YKL-39, is a chitinase-family lectin that lacks catalytic chitinase activity but retains carbohydrate-binding capacity, and it is investigated as a biomarker in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and selected tumor settings. This Assay Genie reagent set is configured for quantitative measurement of human CHI3L2 in cell culture supernatants, plasma and serum, enabling parallel screening of patient samples and in vitro models within inflammation and matrix-remodeling research programs.
