Human Chemokine XC receptor 1 (XCR1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Chemokine XC receptor 1 (XCR1), a G protein-coupled chemokine receptor involved in immune cell recruitment and inflammatory signalling. The assay is calibrated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human XCR1.

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 78-5000pg/mL and sensitivity is 25pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.5% and inter-assay CV is 6.8%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA-plasma and heparin-plasma samples across serial dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16, with reported recovery ranges of 85-97% in serum and 87-99% in plasma. The kit is intended for research use only.
