Human Chemokine C-X3-C-Motif Ligand 1 (CX3CL1) ELISA Kit

CX3CL1 is unusual among chemokines because it is produced both as a membrane-tethered glycoprotein with a mucin-like stalk and as a proteolytically shed soluble fragment, and the kit is configured to capture and quantify that soluble form recovered from laboratory specimens, conditioned media, and processed tissue or cell preparations.
