Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 1 (CCL1) ELISA Kit

CCL1, also known as I-309 or TCA-3, is a small inflammatory chemokine that binds CCR8 and drives recruitment of Th2 lymphocytes, regulatory T cells, and monocytes to sites of allergic inflammation, tumor microenvironment, and vascular pathology. Quantitative measurement of CCL1 in human serum and plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants supports research into asthma, atopic dermatitis, Hodgkin lymphoma, and atherosclerosis.

This Assay Genie assay uses a pre-coated microplate with anti-human CCL1 capture antibody paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP. A 100 µL sample volume is loaded per well, and intra-assay as well as inter-assay CV is reported below 10%.

Kit components include a pre-coated well plate, lyophilized recombinant CCL1 standard, biotin-conjugate detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Unused strips should be refrigerated in the resealable foil pouch with desiccant; reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C for long-term storage, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
