Human CFHR1/CFHL1  ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich (double antibody) ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Complement factor H-related protein 1 (CFHR1/CFHL1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay covers a working range of 10.938–700 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 6.542 ng/mL, and absorbance is read at 450 nm following TMB-based colorimetric detection.

Reported linearity (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 87–99% / 89–101% / 90–100% for serum, 86–100% / 90–101% / 90–100% for EDTA plasma, and 88–104% / 89–101% / 90–99% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges (n = 5) are 97–104% for serum, 95–104% for EDTA plasma, and 95–100% for heparin plasma, each averaging 99%. The kit is shipped on ice packs with components stored at 2–8°C, and is intended for research use only.
