Human CFDP1 (Craniofacial development protein 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI08216)

CFDP1 (Craniofacial development protein 1), also known as BCNT1 (Bucentaur 1) and p97, is a chromatin-associated factor implicated in cranial neural crest cell differentiation, tooth morphogenesis, and the rare skeletal condition acrofacial dysostosis 1 of the Cincinnati type. This plate-based research kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of CFDP1 in human serum or plasma specimen types, using 100 µL of sample per well, supporting investigations into craniofacial patterning, histone-binding proteins, chromatin remodelling, and developmental gene regulation.
