Human Cereblon (CRBN) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie quantifies human Cereblon (CRBN) protein in cell lysates and tissue homogenates, supplied with reagents sufficient for 96 microplate assays. CRBN is the substrate-recognition component of the CRL4^CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex and serves as the molecular target of thalidomide-class immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs) such as lenalidomide and pomalidomide, as well as the engineered binding surface exploited by molecular glue degraders and PROTAC compounds used in targeted protein degradation research.
