Human Ceramide kinase/CERK ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Human Ceramide kinase (CERK) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format on a pre-coated microplate, with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Reported linearity for serum across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 is 86–105%, for EDTA plasma 87–100%, and for heparin plasma 80–100%. Recovery ranges are 86–102% for serum (average 93%), 86–103% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 90–99% for heparin plasma (average 94%). Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
