The CEP63 centrosomal protein is a key regulator of centriole duplication and has been linked to Seckel syndrome and autosomal recessive primary microcephaly. Researchers investigating centrosome biology, DNA damage response pathways, and mitotic checkpoint control can use this quantitative kit to measure endogenous CEP63 levels in human specimens. The 96 Assays microplate format supports reproducible measurements across multiple samples, and the kit is supplied pre-coated with capture antibodies along with all detection reagents required for the assay workflow. All components are intended for research use only and should not be used for diagnostic procedures.
