The CEP170L protein (Centrosomal Protein 170-Like) is a centrosome-associated factor relevant to microtubule organization, ciliogenesis, and mitotic research. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of human CEP170L, supporting investigations in centrosome biology and cytoskeletal regulation. Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards in vials, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution for 96 individual tests. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and protected from light; allow components to equilibrate to room temperature before running the protocol.
