Quantify the bZIP transcription factor C/EBPδ in human specimens with this double-antibody ELISA from Assay Genie. C/EBPδ is transiently expressed during myeloid differentiation and becomes rapidly induced by inflammatory stimuli such as LPS, IL-6, IL-1β, TNFα, and PGE2, and it cooperates with NF-κB to amplify TLR4-driven cytokine output in macrophages, making quantitative measurement valuable for inflammation, oncology, and stromal signaling studies.

Validated matrices include cell culture supernatant and cell or tissue lysate alongside serum and plasma, and no significant cross-reactivity was observed with C/EBP family analogues. Intra-assay CV is below 8% and inter-assay CV below 10%, supporting reproducible screening of patient cohorts or time-course experiments.
